Mike Molson is running for council in the District of North Vancouver.

1. What type of bicycle riding do you do and how often?

I am proud to tell you that I ride a 1984 Nishiki Bushwacker- reliable, fun and purchased locally from Deep Cove Bicycles.

2. What do you think your municipality has done well in cycling and where do you feel improvements are needed?

I think our government could have done more for promoting cycling. I've seen interference with initiatives.

3. Do you feel more money should be spent on cycling programs and what do you feel the priorities for spending should be?

Other communities have far surpassed the District of North Vancouver, in this regard, with
designated bike lanes and promoting cycling with special events. I would see my effort going towards encouraging cycling through an effort to open up trails and routes through the District.
