The City of Richmond has quite a bit of cycling information on their cycling page. Being relatively flat and spread out they are able to have some of the best cycling facilities in the Lower Mainland.

This includes a pdf map of the on-street designated cycling routes as well as a map showing the extensive parks and trails facilities. They then suggest connecting these together to make some scenic bicyle routes
